We are able to furnish the industry with numerous packaging solutions in our day thanks to the IML labels with a variety of different specifications through utilization of various kinds of films, inks and lacquers.

The technical specifications of raw materials to be employed for the production of solution-oriented labels fit for purpose, the usage area of the product and technical requirements have to be taken into account.

Raw materials employed for the production of IML labels typically can be analyzed in three classes:

Orange-peel (opaque) films:

This is a multilayer PP film having polypropylene with foamy structure in the middle layer thereof. The final product has the appearance of orange peel when the air in the middle layer goes up to the top layer due to the high heat and pressure applied during injection. These are the raw materials which in general are preferred firstly in terms of their ease in processing and usage for injection IML applications.
